INTERESTING CASES

WHAT MAKES AN INTERESTING CASE?

Is your case a complex non-criminal matter?  Is the current state of the law against you?  Are there facts that you believe are not being properly considered in your case?  Do you need to appeal a decision that has already been taken against you?  Have you already contacted other attorneys who could not help you or did not understand your case?

WHY DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO YOU?

Simple.  Law firms are fee driven.  Most attorneys are fee driven.  I am subject matter driven.  Yes, I expect to get paid.  But it won't be the first thing out of my mouth and I do initial research for free before you and I decide whether to pursue the case.
By way of example, a carnival barker cares about your money.  A doctor cares about your health.
Both get paid, but they focus on different things.
As a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD), I take the doctor approach.
